As the COVID-19 crisis continues, we have been attempting to identify ways to have more learners attend school in the brick-and-mortar setting on a more consistent basis. Any resolution will still need to meet 6' social distancing guidelines, and as a result we are not able to provide for the physical return of 100% of learners. Therefore, we are asking that you complete the following questions for EACH CHILD in your household, as soon as possible, but by no later than Monday, November 9, 2020.

Attend all available brick-and-mortar days (4 or 5)

Continue attending on their current hybrid days only

Continue attending remotely (my child has been Full Time Remote and will continue Full Time Remote)

If brick-and-mortar school would become a 4-5 day option, my child's transportation to/from school would: *

Require that they ride the school bus

NOT require they ride the school bus (I would transport/they would drive/other)
