Baldwin House Community Fund Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in supporting the creation of Baldwin House!

For the past year and a half, Baldwin House Community Collective has been working to buy a mixed-use, multi-family building at 2570-2572 Sherman Avenue NW in Washington, DC and transform it into tenant-owned affordable housing and a mutual aid hub.

Our goal is to raise $2.7 million to purchase Baldwin House and fund critical repairs with Letters of Intent signed by April 14, 2023.

There are 3 ways to contribute to the project. At this time, we are looking for supporters who are strongly interested in contributing to the community fund and willing to commit by our April 1st deadline. This interest form is not itself a commitment to support the community fund. If you have any questions regarding these options, please fill out the interest form to the best of your ability and add your questions in your response. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you are interested in participating in an amount lower than $50,000, we still want to hear from you!
