SJTU校友职业网络及推荐人登记表
饮水思源，爱国荣校。各位优秀的校友，为加强交大校友联系，支持校友成功，我们联合制作了这一校友内推项目，同时也助力于搭建校友职业网络。为内推计划顺利开展，校友会同学会负责表格统计，将求职者与推荐人及导师匹配，具体如下：在每一个求职者填写表格后，校友会同学将查看求职者信息，根据求职者以及你的背景，并综合考虑每个推荐人的工作量，进行匹配并通过你留下的邮箱联系你。

推荐人职责内容：
1. 填写此表，成为一个或多个公司的推荐人，为求职者提供内推机会。
2. 收到志愿者发来的求职者信息后，查看求职者简历及申请职位，决定是否给予反馈和提供内推支持。
3. 求职者每个公司最多要求申请3个职位。志愿者也会尽量平衡你的工作量。
4. 在征得求职者同意前，你需要对求职者的信息保密。
