Digital Equity Survey
In order to promote and plan strategies for digital and educational equity for all NYS students, the New York State Education Department is requiring districts to submit student digital access data. We are asking parents and guardians help us fulfill this requirement and complete a Digital Equity Survey for each student in the family in grades Kindergarten – Grade 12. This survey will provide information on the state of our students' access to devices and internet service in their places of residence. The data you submit is confidential and will only be shared with NYSED.

You may complete the survey here using this form or if you have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you may access this survey there. After you log-in to the portal, click on the Survey tab. The survey will be accepting responses throughout this school year.
