The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes. The purpose of this questionnaire is to learn from you! Overall, the generation of current and former adult leaders have not listened enough to the voices of young people and to the issues and concerns that you want adults and leaders to address. We have conducted one round of survey questions about the issues and challenges you currently face, and we have received very helpful feedback from teens around the world.  This current questionnaire is meant for us to hear more about your hopes and dreams. This questionnaire is anonymous to allow you to speak honestly about your experiences. The CMM Institute (www.cmminstitute.org) will be gathering and collating all of the responses. The Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping make better social worlds. We will use the results of these responses to create activities and games for teens to help address your hopes, dreams and concerns.
