To be able to arrange local meetings at each of the NORBIS partner universities, a local arrangement committee (LAC) is needed for each location. All PhD students who are not in a local arrangement committee have to present their research either in a short talk (15 minutes including questions) or a poster (including a 2-minute flash talk). The meeting organisers have the final decision upon who will present a talk/ poster.

Students are expected to present their work by either a poster or a short talk. Please submit a title and an abstract below, and we will select abstracts for a student talk (15 minutes including questions) after the registration deadline. We expect the remaining participants to bring a poster. Researchers and PI's may just write 'NA'. Thank you!
