Thank you for your interest in being a member of USGA! All candidates, except those running for Student Body President and Student Body Vice President, must fill out this form by April 26th, 2024 at 11:59 PM. 

Suggested length for each response to the interview questions below is between 50-200 words (up to your discretion). Feel free to answer in whichever manner you feel conveys your thoughts best (bullet points, short paragraphs, etc.).
