Join us for an Infant Touch & Massage Class virtually via Google Meet

“Healthy touch is what the human infant needs to thrive."

In this one hour session, parents learn to bond with their baby through positive and nurturing touch
- Communicate and respond respectfully through the sense of touch
- Relieve your baby from gas & colic, teething grouchiness and mucus discomfort
- Stimulate sensory integration and muscle tone development
- Learn some playful exercises which help align the baby's spine, stretch arms and legs and massage the pelvis.

Mommies and Daddies, this is also to empower you as a parent, address common infant problems with ease and feel more connected with your baby by communicating through your gentle touch. Reducing postpartum anxiety in new moms and increasing your confidence on your new journey is your takeaway from this session

Both parents or either can attend the session. We encourage dad and baby bonding as well, but suit your convenience. There is NO EXTRA COST for both parents attending
