Operation Awesome is not a book review blog. One of the duties of team members is to kindly thank book review requesters for contacting us, but declining because that is not the purpose of this blog. If it's a debut author, then the operative in charge of those handles offering an interview instead. (A review occasionally appears, such as when the team reads a book together, or the book is by a former member. But our general policy is to say no.) Are you comfortable doing this?

As an Operation Awesome Team Member, you will have access to sensitive information. Someone might send a query letter, a synopsis, the opening of a book, an ARC of a book, their contact information, etc. By applying, you agree to keep all private information gained through Operation Awesome private and reasonably secure to the best of your ability. In April, the Operation Awesome blog participates in the Blogging from A to Z challenge. The team works together in January/ February to come up with a theme for this. We spend a chunk of March pre-scheduling all of our April posts. Then divide "hop" commenting between us (about 50 blogs each). You'll need to log in to a browser as Operation Awesome and comment on those blogs as Team OA. Will you be willing and able to take part in all of this?
