✨Half of a regular practice is being set up to have one.

🌞 For morning session: Helpful to head to bed turning off blue light technologies by 10pm and leaving your place set up with plenty of lay down and spread out ability + sweater sleep mask/ kerchief blanket socks massage oil and bolster/ block to roll out of bed 15 min before to heat tea and light candles ❄️ Access to a wall you can press up and fully stretch out against ideal

🌙 For evening: try to get into night clothes and wash up 15 min before. Light candle heat tea and have props listed above gathered. You’ll likely fall  promptly to sleep after.
