Medical Clearance

Arkay workers who have suffered work/recreational injury or illness resulting in work absence are required to provide a medical clearance.
A medical clearance is a doctor's note/letter or completed Arkay graduated return to work form to be submitted to Arkay prior to returning to work.
The document must state the worker is fit to safely return to work, with full or outlined modified duties.
Failure to provide a medical clearance could result in delay of return, or temporary removal from site, until a clearance is obtained.
