Fee:
Weekly Private lessons (10 lessons/term):
  • 30m = $42.50
  • 45m = $63.75
  • 60m = $85.00
Casual Private lessons (Buy 5 lessons Concession card - Expire in 3 months):
  • 30m = $47.50
  • 45m = $71.25
  • 60m = $95.00
One Off Trial lesson:
  • 30m = $50
*We credit back the difference if you sign up regular lessons or purchase a concession card*

Weekly Group Lessons (10 lessons/term):
  • Rate: $42.50/pp (2-3pp/class = 45m | 4-5pp/class = 60m)

School Terms & Conditions:

Minimum Registration Term:

The minimum registration term is one full term (10 weeks).

Registration for less than 10 weeks is subject to

availability, and the casual rate may apply.

Make-up Lessons:

We are introducing a new approach to make-up lessons! This allows our students and tutors to save time while still being fairly compensated for what you have paid. We offer 3 options:

1) Online Lessons:

If a student cannot physically attend the lesson but is capable of participating in online lessons, we will offer an online lesson at the same time as your normal lesson.

2) Video/Assignment Lessons:

If you are unavailable on a particular day, your tutor will spend time recording the lesson content and send it to you. Alternatively, your tutor can assign video lessons or homework which you can prepare till the next lesson. This not only works better for you but also allows the tutor to use their time more effectively. Please note video lessons may be shorter than your actual lesson time.

3) Alternative Make-up Lessons:

If you don’t prefer any of the two options mentioned above, we can still try to accommodate you with make-up lessons but this will be very limited. This is still limited to two per term and subject to agreement with your tutor.

* Group Lessons/Classes:

No make-up lessons will be offered for group lessons, but the recorded video lesson link will be available (conditions apply).

Cancellation Notice Requirement:

For option 1 & 2 - we require at least 6 hours before the lesson starts so we can set up the equipment. Any notices shorter than 6 hours might not eligible for this offer. 

Option 3 - strictly require 24 hours notice, and this is depends on the tutor's availability. You will need to submit a cancellation notice through website or email to harpitree@gmail.com

No Show:

We are unable to provide any of offers above for no-show.

Tutor Cancellations:

If tutors need to cancel and reschedule lessons, they will do their best to accommodate your schedule. If an agreed time cannot be found, we will issue a lesson credit for the next term. Instead of deducting the amount from the invoice, we will offer you an extra lesson, which must be used in the same term.

Term Breaks:

Lesson credits cannot be transferred to the next term. We may not always offer lessons during term breaks, so we encourage you to schedule make-up lessons during the term dates. The lesson fee does not include materials such as books.

 *

Termination of the lessons:

In case of termination, we require 2 weeks' advance notice before the new term starts. There is a $50 admin fee if you terminate your lessons less than 2 weeks before the new term starts.

New Students:

A $50 one-off admin fee applies at the time of registration. The full term fee can be paid before your first lesson starts.
