We are creating one of the biggest crypto games in the world with huge supporters in the Blockchain scene, and now we are looking for a critical role: "Game Design Director", who will start this project with us.

You will be responsible to create the story, the mechanics and make sure that people will love to play the game.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Great browser game experience(other areas are also welcome) and live-ops background, with solid experience in a lead or management role but have hands-on skills
- Excellent experience with F2P design, best-practice live ops, agile development
- Outstanding organizational skills with an understanding of the importance of setting goals and meeting deadlines
- Good communicator (in English) and comfortable speaking in front of groups of people. You can present your ideas clearly and comprehensively using spreadsheets, slideshows, and visual prototyping tools
- You remain up-to-date on current and emerging game trends, new mechanics, and innovative monetization techniques
- Great analytical capabilities, you seek out F2P KPIs, and you know how to drive them. You possess a thorough understanding of game pacing, balancing, and game systems


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design efforts on a crypto browser game in the space genre with a high concept story that is testing exceptionally well
- Work closely with developers, artists, and other team stakeholders to support and occasionally create exciting new features
- Preserve a holistic view of all aspects of the game's design while constantly looking for ways to improve the browser game scenes, economy, UI & UX, pacing & monetization, content pipelines, and more
- Understand the studio's audience and the market to ensure that features and content are competitive and engaging. Our players are everything to us
- Communicate with writers and other disciplines to define and enhance the game's epic narrative
- Work with others to study player behaviours and the game's performance, then use that data to improve KPIs
