B.L.U.E'S SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER/STREET TEAM AMBASSADOR Application

Come be a part of a growing organization (Boston Lesbigay Urban Foundation) that dedicates their services to QTBIPOC community members  within the greater Boston area! 


B.L.U.E. is seeking professional, outgoing, and dedicated social media influencers/ street team ambassadors to join the B.L.U.E.'s team.  Being a influencer/ ambassador, you will serve as the face and voice of our events. Our influencers/ ambassadors are expected to build brand recognition and successfully promote events. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with B.L.U.E.'s mission, vision, and goals.

  • Create and promote social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new attendees.

  • Build rapport & network with potential attendees and partners

  • Monitor attendee feedback and escalating complaints to the Brand Ambassador Manager.

  • Maintain a positive, professional image of the brand at all times.

  • Work events as a spokesperson for our brand

  • Serve as a spokesperson delivering consistent messaging about the brand to the public


Street Team Member Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Passionate about meeting new people and promoting brand/events

  • Adaptability with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Plan to attend B.L.U.E.'s events

  • Must be committed

Social Media Influencer Requirements:

  • Must have strong social media presence and working knowledge of platforms and tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Adaptability with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be committed
