COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly by person-to-person contact. LLLC is committed to following local and provincial/territorial public health COVID-19 guidelines for gatherings. By signing this registration form, I understand and acknowledge that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and LLLC cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to COVID-19 while in attendance at an LLLC meeting. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at an LLLC meeting may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to, LLLC, LLLC Leaders, LLLC meeting attendees and their families. I understand that anyone who does not feel comfortable with the safety guidelines stated by the local and provincial governments and in the LLLC policies that apply to in-person gatherings is free to refrain from attending in-person meetings and instead may access one of LLLC’s many online options.
