TUXEDO UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT DIGITAL EQUITY SURVEY - FALL 2021
Collecting accurate data regarding digital resource access for our New York students will greatly help educators to better serve their students and families.  In order to accomplish this, the New York State Education Department is asking parents/guardians to complete a Digital Equity survey (for each student in the family) in grades Kindergarten-grade 12. This survey will provide information on student access to devices and internet access in their places of residence.  To assist in this process, please answer each question below for each child you have attending the George Grant Mason Elementary School or the George F. Baker High School.
Please complete the short survey below for each student (ex. If you have three children, please fill in the survey using the link three times).
The survey link is also accessible from the homepage of the Tuxedo School District website.

We are asking that all surveys be submitted/returned by October 15, 2021.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
