The Student ChangeMaker Program is a leadership opportunity for students who are dedicated to saving lives and representing Promly.  Promly is building a new social networking platform specifically for teens ages 13-19 10 steps ahead of teen suicide.  We created a digital ecosystem to help teens build real connections and find support whenever they need it.

Every day in the United States, 5,400 kids from grades 7-12 attempt suicide. 57% of teens report feeling disconnected despite the rise in social networking options.  Promly is designed to be an engaging place for teens to find more meaningful connections and inspiration through our unique platform. In the same platform, our users can access to real-time, free, online mental health and wellness resources as needed.
What does a Promly Student ChangeMaker do?
        - Develop an expanded knowledge of Promly App
        - Repost all Promly App posts on Instagram
        - Help serve on the focus group, helping make Promly App the best it can be
        - Recruit friends to serve as Promly App ChangeMakers
        - Spread the news of Promly to friends and family, and raise awareness in their schools

What are the benefits of becoming a Promly ChangeMaker?
        - As a Student ChangeMaker, you will develop a wide range of transferable skills that will benefit you all in the name of saving lives.  Students will gain leadership skills that will help build your resume, university and scholarship applications.
        -As a Student ChangeMaker:
* You may be able to become an Intern at Promly.  Interns take on more responsibility and have more weekly involvement in the organization. You can also earn letters of recommendations from any of our founding members.
* You may also be able to join our Gen Z Advisory Board and lead Promly through the next phase of changing
  outcomes and saving lives.

Becoming a Student ChangeMaker: Qualifications
        - Must be a high school or college student, (rising freshman → rising seniors)
        - Active on social media accounts
        - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
        - Exhibit leadership, initiative, dependability, discipline and enthusiasm
        - Are positive and open to learning new things
