2024 Juneteenth Celebration Performance Application

The Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs (HHOMA) invites talented West Virginians to apply to be performers in the upcoming in-person Juneteenth Celebration by completing this online application and submitting an unlisted YouTube video. The 2024 Juneteenth Celebration is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, from 4 - 9 p.m. at the Kanawha Boulevard Lawn of the WV State Capitol Complex.

The Juneteenth event is sponsored by Charleston’s FestivALL.

Performance applications will be accepted through May 25. Those selected will be notified by May 30.
