Mental Health Questionnaire
This is a questionnaire about children and the way that adults deal with them. The questions are based on personal thoughts and experiences and will in no way be judged or criticized. This is not a way to help treat or diagnose any issues, positive or negative. This is NOT about gun violence or anything political in nature. This is purely a place to share experiences that may or may not be included in writing about psychological problems with children and how these experiences are internalized. Write as little or as much as you would like. You can leave your name or not and you can suggest that I do or do NOT use your actual name in any future writings.
