This summer, ASES will be holding Summer Programs at Black Mountain Middle School, Bernardo Heights Middle School, and Meadowbrook Middle School in June.  Each camp will run weekdays from June 21st to June 30th between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.  

The June session of our ASES Summer Programs are open to students who are currently enrolled at any of the Poway Unified School District middle school campuses, including recently promoted 8th graders.  Each family may choose to go to any of the Summer Programs available regardless of which school is their home school.

*Priority for enrollment of students will be based on the following considerations:

1. Students experiencing homelessness or foster youth, as defined by the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (i.e. Youth in Transition program)
2. Students who qualify for the Free or Reduced Meal Program
3. Students who have attended the ASES program during the regular school year every day and remained in the program for the full duration of program hours

*Additional locally-determined, site-based priorities (e.g. single parent household, active duty military, targeted academic intervention, etc.) may also be considered when enrolling students in the ASES program in order to meet the unique needs of students in each middle school community.
