Teen volunteer opportunities are primarily for students in grades 9-12. This form should be filled out by teens seeking volunteer opportunities (not caregivers). We are the Wilmington Memorial Library in Massachusetts - not NC or DE!

*Limited opportunities may be available for Girl or Boy Scouts in grades 6-8 needing service hours.*
