The DeepClean team continues to quickly grow, so we are looking to add another full-time Account Executive to our team.

This job is FULL-TIME with ideal availability from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (there is some flexibility). You must be able to take MINIMUM 25 calls/week (5 calls/day, 5 days/week) immediately, in addition to having time for team meetings, trainings, etc.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Taking calls with people who are interested in the DeepClean program during the hours mentioned above
-Application review to ensure those applying for calls are suitable fits for the program
-Completing intensive 2 week training process with our CEO
-Spearheading communications and collaborations in a professional and impactful manner within the sales team
-Daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (slack, text message, spreadsheets, etc.). A high attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 20-30 minutes of reporting work /day.
-Weekly staff meetings
-Daily sales meetings to kickstart the day, and performance evaluations on a regular basis.

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
-You do not have an understanding heart or experience dealing with private interpersonal issues like pornography addiction. The nature of our work is extremely personal - soft skills are required to be successful in this position.
-You cannot handle direct constructive feedback
-You want to make a lot of money in the least time possible. This is a serious role to help people in areas of their lives that are experiencing major turmoil.
-You have not had inbound closing experience before. Ideally, we are looking for someone with closing experience.
-You want to 'test out your sales skills.' If you are not willing to go all in with our company and the mission we are on to set people free of porn addiction, this is not for you.
-You do not like to work hard and collaborate in a team environment


THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

-You are comfortable being compensated based on performance within the role, rather than hourly/salary
-You have experience doing inbound closing, and you believe you can perform at a high level helping other men struggling with porn addiction

COMPENSATION
The nature of this position is sales-based, so you will be paid based on your performance, specifically the number of enrolments in the program that you facilitate.

We will be supplying you with minimum 5-6 qualified appointments per day. You will lead these calls on zoom, determine if the individual is a great fit, and if so, enrol them into our program. You will be receiving 10% on cash collected plus bonuses for reaching certain targets. Based on our current closers, this role will compensate $6-8K/month USD once you are settled in.
