Potential Vendors interested in offering products and services/experiences must fulfill the requirements of supporting a natural, healthy family lifestyle reinforcing the mission of Friends of Willow Tree, “Where Learning Comes Naturally.”

In order to be accepted as a vendor your services must relate to one or more the following:
- Natural and organic products for children and families
- Plant, flower, and garden
- Home-made
- Made of Natural Products such as wood and stone
- Natural Children Games
- Non-Media Art
- Waldorf-Inspired
- Holistic health and wellness
- Small business
