You will be required to submit two references with this application including their name, phone number, and their position relative to you (boss, teacher, etc.). Do not start this application until you have your references figured out. 

Your references will each be required to write a reference letter using this form.

All Burry Heights counsellors must have attended CIT training at least once before counselling a week of summer camp. Which of the following applies to you? *
All volunteers must complete a Police Record Check at your local RNC or RCMP detachment. Soon after you submit your application to volunteer with Burry Heights, you will receive an email from the Youth Programming Team containing a letter that will allow you to complete this PRC free of charge. This process may take up to 2 weeks, therefore we recommend you begin the process as soon as you receive your letter. Please email a scanned copy of your completed record check to danielleBHPC@gmail.com before or on June 23rd. Then, bring your physical copy to your week. Failure to email your PRC before June 24th will mean you are not eligible to counsel this summer. *
