The time has come again! We are so looking forward to this beautiful, juicy time of connection with fellow songleaders.

We will be at a new and beautiful location this year! Flower Farm Retreat is located 10 minutes from downtown Sebastopol and offers a remarkable summertime getaway for our private use. With multiple homes onsite for accommodation, a gorgeous renovated barn for our meeting space and lots of outdoor space to enjoy including a pool, hot tub and pickleball court, this will be a truly restorative experience! The retreat address will be sent to confirmed retreat participants.

Plan to arrive between 10am to noon on Wednesday, August 14. Our gathering will conclude on Sunday, August 18 at 1:30pm.

Payment Details

Your retreat deposit is fully refundable until May 10. If you cancel between May 10 to June 10, 2024 your deposit is not refundable but the remainder of your retreat price will be refunded. Payment is due in full by June 10, after which your retreat registration is transferable to another student in this retreat, but otherwise non-refundable.

Complete your payment ($500 deposit or payment in full.) You may pay via the “Register Now” button here , or save Lisa some fees by sending payment from your bank via Zelle to lisa@thebirdsings.com / 831-877-0474.

If you know that you snore loudly or use a breathing machine at night, please sign up for camping or a single room.

Accommodation Preference

We are taking a waitlist now for tent camping, car camping without hookups, and commuter spaces. These options will open for official registration after all shared and private rooms have been filled.

Private Room, no Roommate (Total Retreat Cost $2,390)

Shared Room with Same-Sex Roommate (Total Retreat Cost $1,790)

RV Hookup (Total Retreat Cost $1,590)

Camping (Total Retreat Cost $1,390) (This option will open once all single and shared rooms have been filled)

Commuter / Off-Site with Meals (Total Retreat Cost $1,200) (This option will open once all single and shared rooms have been filled)

We can support you finding a rideshare pickup from the Santa Rosa airport. If flying in to SFO or Oakland you will need to arrange your own transportation to the retreat site.
