Measuring objects using the Metric System in centimeters (cm) and millimeters (mm)

In this activity, students will -not- see the ruler placed properly at the end of an object. Rather, they will see the ruler placed with the end of the object at another mark on the ruler and use mental subtraction to determine an object's length.
