CONTINUING EDUCATION Instructor Syllabus Input Summer 2021
Continuing Education (CE) is testing a new way to generate course syllabus this semester. CE Instructors are required to complete the course number, outcomes, methodologies and course calendar sections in this form. CE Instructors may complete all of the provided fields, but if preferred, they can add those directly into the syllabus once it's generated. All of the fields on the syllabus are required by two weeks before your course begins or when the course is determined to run if less than 2 weeks. After this form is completed, a syllabus will be generated by the CE department and the final syllabus will be sent to the CE Instructor.

Double check that the course number you enter is correct. The format should be, for example, EN 1500 01  **DO NOT INCLUDE hyphens and SU21**  Contact Frannie or CE office if you need your course number.
