2024 GreenHouse Summer Camp Registration Form

Please fill out this form to sign your child up for School Age GreenHouse Summer Camp. Please fill this out for each child attending.

Cost: $175 per week or $49 per day. Camp hours are 8 AM- 4 PM. Extended care is $10 for AM or PM per day, $20 for both. (including 2 snacks. Lunch is an additional $5 per day)

Additional charges will apply for field trips and activities as scheduled.

Along with this form we need:

- $75 registration fee if you are not currently enrolled in our after school program (required to hold your child's spot)

- Enrollment Packet (located in GH Administrative Office)

- Updated Physical

- Updated Immunizations
