Our taster sessions are held during our regular training sessions, so you can get a feel for what it's like to swim with us.

Our aim is to make sure that all new swimmers get the chance to meet our coaches and see if they enjoy the sessions before committing to joining our club. We also want to ensure that we place swimmers in the most suitable squad based on their abilities.

Our taster sessions are suitable for swimmers who are approaching the completion of Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 7 award or higher. We also welcome swimmers at Stage 6 who are eager to participate in a club environment and continue their learn to swim program.
