You will be responsible for providing your own set up (tables/car trunks, chairs, candy, decorations). Main Street/Event Center staff and volunteers will be present at about 2 pm before the event to set-up.

This event pertains only to the Trick-or-Treating event happening at the Event Center on the Beach on October 31st, and doesn't pertain to any Halloween events that take place outside of Event Center grounds.  By submitting this form, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume any and all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold The Event Center on the Beach, Gold Beach Main Street, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees,  agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. Current OHA guidelines will be followed.
