Synodal Assessment Questions 2022
Please take the time to answer the following questions in an honest, respectful and helpful way.
This is an anonymous survey and no one will be associated with any of the responses.
The surveys will be summarized and sent to Bishop Gregory to be included with all the other parishes. Some headings have multiple questions associated with them. Please answer all as appropriate.
As you answer the questions please consider two perspectives: a) how does this apply to the Church as a whole and b) how does this apply specifically to Our Lady of Purgatory.
Thank you for taking the time to complete.
