2023 Lady Tigers Softball Camp

          Snyder ISD EMPLOYEE - $50.00
          First Day Registration (LATE) - $70.00

If you have more than one child attending camp, please fill out individual forms. Discount of $10 per additional sibling. (Example: 2 siblings attend and parent is SISD employee, total cost = $90)
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt (first day campers are not guaranteed a shirt, but we will try our best). 

We will have a concession stand. You may bring money for the concession stand "bank" for the 3 days and we will keep a tally, or you may send money each day for your athlete. 

Items to bring:

Glove, Helmet, Bat, Water bottle, $ for concession stand

We, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the above named girl, do hereby grant permission for her to participate in the Lady Tiger Softball Camp and acknowledge the fact that she is physically able to participate in camp activities.  We hereby release the camp and its employees from all claims of injuries or illness which may be sustained by your daughter and authorize the director or her designee to select hospital facilities and/or physician of her choice and authorize such treatment necessary while attending the 2023 Lady Tiger Softball Camp. *
