Fall 2020 Course Choice Selection
This form will be used to gather information on your course choices so that you can be registered for Fall 2020 courses. Below you will find the MEM courses offered in Fall 2020 as well as certain electives that we will register you for.

Due to the number of other electives available, you must register yourself for any other electives you want to take outside of those listed on this sheet. Write in which of those electives you would like to take and let us know if you do not end up getting into the elective you have chosen. We need to keep track of your courses for our records and to help you complete your degree efficiently. This form is for selecting Fall 2020 courses only.

-MEM 407 IS NO LONGER OFFERED IN THE FALL 2020 QUARTER, IT WILL BE OFFERED ONLY IN THE WINTER 2021 QUARTER.

Select from the drop-down menu. Dates reflect the final month of classes. For example, if you take your final course(s) during a winter quarter, your graduation date is in March, or if you take your final course(s) during a spring quarter, your graduation date is in June, etc.
Early Registration Options
You have two options of "early registration." Only check the first box if you want to be registered by the end of the month. With this option your tuition bill will be due September 1, 2020. Only check the second box if you want to be registered after August 11, but before September 11. With the second option, your tuition bill will be due October 1, 2020.  (All other students will be registered after September 11, will receive a bill in October, and will have to pay it by November 1, 2020. This delayed billing cycle is preferred for most MEM students.)

* MEM Classes Early Start Note
MEM 402 and MEM 437 have their first class on September 14. This date is sooner than listed on the academic calendar. Note that attendance on the first day of class is mandatory for MEM 437.

For elective courses below, modes of teaching (remote/in-person/synchronous/asynchronous) will be updated shortly. If the mode of teaching will determine your choices and has not yet been updated,  please still choose that course but write your preference in the comments. Other Courses
Please write in the course name and course number of any other courses not listed here that you plan to take. Any courses you list here are ones in which you are responsible for your own registration. If you have not done so we recommend contacting the professor and you either have a permission number for the course or register yourself for the course. Please include the class here for our records. If you need MEM to register you for the course please note that, and please include your permission number.
Kellogg Courses
The list of Fall 2020 Kellogg classes will be available closer to the start of the fall quarter. The window to submit Fall 2020 registration requests will be listed on the non-Kellogg student registration website. Check the MEM registration website for more detailed instructions about the Kellogg registration process.  Students must fill out a separate "Fall 2020 Kellogg Course Choices Google Form" to make their selections.
