As a community organization, we rely on feedback from stakeholders like you to improve our programming.  Your feedback in our annual Needs Assessment Survey serves as a valuable tool to better equip us to meet the needs of youth in our community.  Our goal is to constantly improve our local 4-H program, and we want to cater our clubs, programs, and other offerings to our stakeholders!  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below.
