Candle Party Request Form
Please fill out this form if you are interested in booking a Candle Party with M.MoonChild Scented Creations, LLC.

Important Information (please read before completing form): 
  • All parties are (2) hour events and MUST have a minimum of 8 tickets sold or the event will be canceled (usually done 24-48hrs in advance).  Patrons will come up to work at my station to create two (2) small 2oz candles in a two step process. My candle station includes TWO 6ft tables provided by me, and must be near a power outlet (I may need an extra extension cord, if one can be provided just incase). Please be sure to place me in an area where I can fit these tables comfortably.
  1. Step 1: Patrons are to choose their scents before I pour the wax (done by me to keep patrons safe). During drying time, participants can enjoy a complimentary beverage or refreshment (usually provided by establishment).

  2. Step 2: Once drying time is complete, patrons will begin the decorating process; they have the option to choose from stickers, glitter, dried flowers, and crystals.
  • Advertisement from both businesses are ESSENTIAL and must be promoted on social media, in the establishment, and by word of mouth. I ask that you please start promoting the event at LEAST 3o days before the party, and should be done weekly to ensure ticket sales.
  • I am able to accommodate 25 guest maximum to guarantee patrons getting enough time to decorate and enjoy themselves during the two hour event.
  •  *PLEASE NOTE: These events are not "classes" and are considered "Social Hour" events since I will not be teaching our patrons. So I just ask to please not advertise the Candle Party event as a "Class".
