Inspired by popular meal kit services, this CSA provides the same convenience of other services, but featuring LOCAL products. Meals take ~30 minutes to cook and produce ZERO WASTE, with all ingredients pre-portioned and all packaging reusable.

Meals are vegetarian and use 100% local veggies, with other local products featured as available. Each serving is portioned to be a well-balanced meal enough to feed an average adult. All you need to provide is salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There will be three menu options per week — you can pick as many as you like for that week.

Note that ingredients will be processed in the Holler Kitchen, which has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development. Meal club members will technically be purchasing all of the ingredients in their kits, and then we’ll assemble the kits for you.

An average meal costs $9-12 per serving including the membership fee (see below for full pricing details). Membership is paid monthly, while ingredients are purchased weekly. Any funds left over in the ingredient budget each week are donated to Food Gatherers.
