Prospective Parents,

Thank you for your interest in the Orcutt Academy for the 2020-2021 school year. WE ASK THAT YOU READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.  Also, we ask that you please complete this Intent to Enroll form for EACH STUDENT who would like to attend the Orcutt Academy.

The Orcutt Academy's K-8 campus in Los Alamos and Orcutt Academy High School in Orcutt will be open in August 2020 to students in grades TK-12. The enrollment lottery for 2019-2020 for these two schools was held on February 5, 2020.  All open seats in grades TK-10 were filled, while open seats remain in grades 11 and 12. Grades TK-10 have wait lists, but we expect to work our way down those lists in the weeks and months to come.  Applications submitted now will place students on grade-level wait lists following all students participating in the lottery.  Parents of students on wait lists will receive a phone call from school staff if/when a seat is available.

Please note that this application does NOT suffice as an enrollment application for the 2021-2022 school year.  The enrollment period for the 2021-2022 school year will begin on November 2, 2020.

Please note also that this form is not an application for the Orcutt Academy Independent Study Program for grades K-8.  Enrollment in independent study is ongoing, and done on a space-available basis.  For information on that program, please phone 805-937-6515.
