Our UXPA International mentorship program promotes learning partnerships among professionals in the UX field and those new to the field.

Please note the first 2021 cohort for this program is from March-May 2021. Completing this form does not guarantee that you will be matched. In the event that we do not have enough mentees, you may be added to a waitlist for the next cohort.

If you are matched with a mentee, we would like you to plan to have scheduled online meetings together every other week: Mar 1 – May 31, 2021.

At the end of the term, we’ll ask for your feedback in an attempt to improve our program.

The UXPA International staff and volunteers do all that we can to make a safe and welcoming environment for everyone that is free of harassment. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. Harassment also includes sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the program organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the program.
