EGE Parent Roundtable Event
Please join us for our  Parent Roundtable Event on Thursday, October 21st, 6:00 to-7:30 PM.
 This event will include sessions to help parents support their students in the areas of academics & social-emotional.  This Roundtable event will be hosted at Elm Grove Elementary and  is appropriate for an adult audience. Dinner  will be provided from 6:00 to 6:20. Our Keynote speaker will start at 6:25.

Keynote Speaker Lieutenant John Colburn
Lieutenant Colburn will be talking about how to keep our kids safe on social media, and on the Internet. Lieutenant Colburn works for the Houston Police department with the internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit. This will be an unique presentation that can help parents to keep their kids safe on the virtual world.  
Learn ways to help your children  succeed at school.

*3rd to 5th Grade Literacy and Math Support:  Learn about different resources that can be used at home to support your child’s learning.
* Decision Making:  Learn how to empower your child to learn from their experiences, using values to guide behavior and accepting responsibility.
