We are currently full for staff. If you are interested in joining our staff waitlist please apply below. If you are selected as staff and have already paid to be a competitor in the match we will offer you a full refund if you are selected to work as staff for the match. If our staff needs change and we can bring you in off the waitlist, we will reach out prior to confirm if you are still available. Placement on the staff if not guaranteed. We recommend signing up to shoot the match just in case a staff slot does not open up in time.

Staff Schedules

SETUP: We're looking for staff to help us with match setup on Tuesday (9/3) and Wednesday (9/4).
STAGE STAFF: The majority of staff we'll need is during our main match, where you'll be shooting during the staff match on Friday and working Saturday (9/7) and Sunday (9/8).
EMBEDDED RO's: We're looking for a handful of folks who can work as embedded RO's and score keepers during the staff match on Friday (9/6). Since you're working during the staff match, you'll shoot as a competitor during the main match on either Saturday or Sunday. Whichever day you're not shooting, you'd be working as staff. For example, you work during the Friday staff match as RO, shoot the match on Saturday and return on Sunday to work a stage.
