This is the Intent to participate form for the 2019 Region 7 Championships held at the University of Illinois-Chicago April 27-28. Every age group will have events on both days of the meet. This meet is the first step in the qualification to USA Diving Junior Nationals. Top 15 divers in on each board will qualify for the Zone D Championships June 14-16. We will also do a team t-shirt for the meet. If you are participating and would like a t-shirt please indicate your size below. The t-shirts will be $10 and will be charged back to you team account.
