Thank you for registering to be a food vendor at Kitsap Pride 2020! We limit the number of food vendors and try to ensure a balance of options for our event goers. This ensures steady business for the food vendors and the best experience for everyone. We will contact you if we have any questions about what foods you serve and how your offerings will work with the other vendors we have signed up.

Our registration process has two steps:

1 - Apply to be an exhibitor using this form. You will also be prompted to send in some information by email to exhibitors@kitsappride.com including your proof of insurance and food vendor license. We will review each application and let you know if we have any questions or need any additional information.

2 - You will receive a Square invoice for the exhibitor fee. Please give us a couple days to review your application.

Note: Filling out this form does not obligate your organization or business to participate. We will review each application to ensure we have a good mix of exhibitors at the event. Acceptance of your application and payment of the invoice for the exhibitor fee guarantee your place. We will assign booth locations in part based on the order we receive your completed registration, required documents, and payment.

- Food vendors will be required to have a valid license from the City of Bremerton for the day of the event.

- Food vendors will be located in the street. We are not able to provide electricity or any utilities.
