This is an in-person worship service for Christmas Eve. We will continue to follow local guidelines on meeting safely so dates, times, and number limits could change at any time. This is a one time, one date, one service sign up. Each household (individual or family of 6) need only complete this form once for the whole family. We appreciate your patience and kindness.

Out of love and concern for others, by attending, you agree to...
1) Follow social distancing in sanctuary seating guidelines, entrance and exit people flow, and as directed from ushers to ensure proper distancing.
2) Wear a mask (for other's benefit) during the duration of your time on campus.
3) Refrain from physical contact and grouping with others not in your household.
