Declaration: I am aware that my student will attend mandatory rehearsals as conveyed by the band to the parent email address provided, beginning in September and occurring on Tuesday and Thursday from 340pm to 445pm. I also am aware that my student must be double vaccinated if age-eligible, and will wear a mask at all times if not actively playing their instrument. As well, I am aware that there is a band fee for all accepted members of 75$ to be administered in October. I am also aware that my student might not make the final ensemble after audition in October, and that attending all rehearsals is mandatory for inclusion into the ensemble. *
