August 2020 Parent Registration
Please use this form to indicate your decision on in person vs. virtual instruction in the event that we are in a hybrid scenario for an extended period of time with COVID still prevalent in the community.  Whatever the decision you make (virtual or in person), we are asking you to commit to that for the first 9 weeks of school and then we will reevaluate for 2nd 9 weeks.  Please realize that even if you choose in person instruction, we cannot guarantee that conditions will permit in person instruction at this time and all students may be forced into a virtual scenario.  We also can't guarantee until we have final numbers how many days students can attend in person in a hybrid scenario.  If the answer is the same for all of your students, you may put them all on one survey. If the answer is different for each student, please fill out a survey for each so we accurately record your choice.  Registration form
