This form is meant to gauge community interest in the revival of the Quincy Farmers Market!
The Feather River Food Co-op was proud to host the Quincy Farmers Market for nearly 20 years, until it was disbanded in 2019. We are thrilled to announce that the co-op has recently teamed up with Lost Sierra Food Project and Rich Bar Taproom to revive our beloved Farmers Market. But we can't do this alone! We are currently applying for a grant to get things up and running, and we need the community's help in finding prospective sponsors and volunteers. Volunteers are needed to meet the grant's requirements.
If you are interested in volunteering at the Quincy Farmers Market, please fill out this form. For now, this form will just be used for us in the grant application process. Once this project has more of a foundation, we will reach out to you with more details on how you can help volunteer.
There will likely be a total of eight markets during our first season (approximately two each month). Volunteers may choose to complete one 4-hour shift for however many markets they want to volunteer at. Volunteers are entitled to a 10% discount coupon, redeemable at the Feather River Food Co-op, for every 4-hour shift they complete.
