Session 1: May 30th to June 29th (5 weeks)
Session 2: July 30th to August 3rd (4 weeks)
There is a break the week of July 4th.
U10/U12 Athletes.
Wednesday: 4:30PM-6PM Rollerski
U14 Athletes.
Wednesday: 4:30PM-6PM Rollerski
Friday: 7AM-8:30AM Rollerski
U16+ Athletes.
Tuesday: 4:30PM-6PM Mountain Bike
Wednesday: 4:30PM-6PM Rollerski
Thursday: 7AM-8:30AM Run
Friday: 7AM-8:30AM Rollerski
There will be a ski camp offered to U16+ June 21st-June 25th. U16s are highly encouraged to attend this camp even if they are not participating in the rest of summer training. This will be a great opportunity to work on ski skills, get to know your teammates better, meet other kids from Colorado, and put in an important training block!
