Senior Advisor Role


About the opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional experienced Senior Advisor to help our customers on their Curtains and Blinds shopping journey as they transform their house into a beautiful home.

The ideal candidate is highly customer-oriented and able to create/follow processes that optimise the customer experience along with business performance.

Your work will enable us to achieve revenue goals, continuously improve our KPIs and you’ll have a direct impact on the growth and success of the company.

In this exciting and fulfilling line, no two days in this role will be the same.



What you will do:

- Familiarisation of curtains and blinds products.

- Source for new related products and upkeep products knowledge.

- Quote accurately based on floor-plans.

- Perform on-site measurements accurately.

- On-site Sales and Showroom operations.

- Assist in ordering, fulfilment, tracking orders, customer support and handling inquiries, invoicing and maintain cleanliness of the Showroom.

- Provide tip-top quality service to our customers.

- Build relationships with suppliers and become rooted in their business as we grow with them.

- Identify growth channels to test. Analyse results and propose sales strategies.

- Other relevant duties as assigned to help support and grow the business.

You meet the following requirements:

- 2 years of experience in the Curtains and Blinds industry, having served both residential and commercial segments before.

- Solid understanding of relevant products and suitability of them for each case.

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin. (Both spoken and written.)

- Excellent communication skills.

- Conflict-resolution skills.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Having a great smile and pleasant personality with a positive learning attitude.

- Relentlessly optimistic.

- IT (Computer & Mobile) savvy as the company uses different systems to keep track of orders, fulfilment and etc. (Training will be provided.)

- Basic Microsoft Office skills, Google Suite and Email applications.

- Be organized, sharp and can assist to create/follow systems and processes.

- Attention to details is a must.

- Leadership experience in leading a small team is a plus.

- Able to work retail hours on Weekdays and Weekends (at least on Saturdays).

- Have a Class 3/3A driver's license.

- Preferably minimum ITE/Diploma holder. But if you have other qualifications in lieu of it, feel free to share with us!

- Be a Local Singaporean/PR or WP (staying in Singapore.)
