Girls on the Run of Greater Mankato: Spring 2020 Coach Application
UPDATE:  Site locations in Mankato are now limited.  We are accepting applications for our St. Clair site.

We are now accepting applications for coaches to help with our 2020 Girls on the Run spring season!  Girls on the Run believes that ALL GIRLS are born with power and purpose. Using a fun, research-based curriculum that creatively integrates running*, we inspire every girl to reach her limitless potential, not just for the length of our program, but for life.  

We are looking for adult leaders to facilitate our 12-week Girls on the Run program in a variety of locations.  Coaches must commit to one or more afternoons per week for the entire session.  Our Spring 2020 Season launches in February and runs through early May.

Coaches must:
--> Attend Girls on the Run coach training
--> Be willing to undergo a background check
--> Serve as a role model for program participants
--> Collaborate with other coaches for successful lesson delivery
--> Participate in the Girls on the Run 5K (May 2, 2019 - exceptions can be made due to scheduling conflicts)

*You are not required to be a runner to be a coach.
