Vendor/Sponsor Registration:  God-Given Food - Polyface Farm - August 11-13, 2023
Join us at Polyface Farm for a weekend of education, fellowship, worship, and fun!  

The event will run from Friday the 11th to Sunday the 13th, but please note that Friday and Saturday are the exhibit days, while Sunday we will hold worship service in the morning.  We would love to have you join us for the worship on Sunday if you can stick around!  Setup will take place Thursday from 2-4pm OR Friday morning between 7-8am.  

This registration form is to CONFIRM you want to participate as a vendor or sponsor of this event.
Once you submit this registration, we will contact you and email an invoice to collect payment.  Payment can be submitted via the QB invoice with ACH or credit card.   

Not able to attend, but still want to be included as an event sponsor or provide a food/product donation?  Send us an email to discuss!
